Payments
Online contributions are processed via secured payment partners. Invictus Veteran Solutions, LLC operates as a for-profit entity; payments are not tax-deductible.
Refunds
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact rross@invictusveteransolutions.org within 30 days. Refund requests are reviewed individually.
Fulfillment
Service engagements are governed by signed contracts. Contribution acknowledgements are sent by email within 5 business days.
