Governance & Ethics Policy
Discipline and accountability are warrior-ethos principles. We publish our governance and ethics documents openly so partners, employees, and government clients always know the standard we hold ourselves to.
Invictus Veteran Solutions, LLC operates with the discipline, integrity, and accountability that defined our founder’s military and academic careers. Every contract, every hire, and every dollar reinvested is governed by the standards set out in our Governance & Ethics Policy and our Ethics Statement.
These documents cover conflicts of interest, anti-corruption, fair employment, subcontractor conduct, contract performance, transparent reporting, governance and oversight, whistleblower protection, and the handling of sensitive government information. Both are executed and signed by our founder. We expect every team member, partner, and vendor to read and follow them.
